Lot 1: John Taylor - 'Fishermen at Sunset'

A graduate of Glasgow School of Art, John Taylor is a master water-colourist; a master screen-printer and a master of his craft. His work is extremely personal, emotive and thought provoking; he draws his inspiration from life itself. More recent works have been influenced by visits to Australia. Among his exhibitions & collections are one-man exhibitions throughout Britain which include The Richard Demarco Gallery in Edinburgh, the Compass Gallery in Glasgow, The Smiths, Covent Garden Festival in London, The Third Eye Centre in Glasgow, as well as many prestigious galleries throughout Germany.
