Philip Gaskell is a general practitioner with a particular interest and experience in mental health and disability gathered over 30 years in Edinburgh and Stirling. As Chair, Philip is well-placed to advocate for Artlink Central’s work within the healthcare sector based on his experience of the indisputable benefits of the arts in healthcare settings.

Owen is a digital development project manager with experience working within charities and the third sector. His expertise is in problem-solving for creating effective systems and processes to allow organisations to run fully digitally.

Victoria McCusker is a marketing and stakeholder engagement consultant with a particular interest in strategic planning and organisational development. She is also a chartered Town Planner and has a particular interest in the role of creative place making in economic regeneration of local areas.

Kainde Manji’s voluntary sector career has included roles at NUS Scotland and Close the Gap, prior to a move into academia and the completion of a PhD at University of Glasgow examining the impacts of disability benefit reforms on disabled people in Scotland. She then spent 3 years at University of Stirling researching dementia and neighbourhoods before moving to Age Scotland, managing the About Dementia programme. She is now Depute CEO at Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise, Stirling’s third sector interface.

Tim Winther comes to Artlink Central with a vast finance and banking experience, particularly with Lloyds Banking Group, and he is also a local resident of Stirling.
